  • If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered please contact us within 24 hours. If it is damaged in shipping please show the delivery driver so it can be documented. If there are any manufacturing defects the item will be replaced or a refund will be issued and our discrepancy. All returns are required to have a Return Authorization # which can be acquired through an email to Knight of Arms Cutlery. The RA# should be boldly printed on the outside on the return. All items should be returned in the original shipping container and should have a copy of the invoice, the reason for return and a return shipping address. All items to be returned in the same condition as they left our warehouse including the factory packaging and paperwork. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all items returned in original packaging w/ paperwork. There will be a 30% restocking fee on all items returned without the factory packaging or paperwork or if the package or paperwork are damaged or missing. Shipping and insurance are not refundable.
